We’re pleased to announce the acquisition of ISN Solutions, a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Aberdeen with over 20 years of experience supporting corporate clients across the UK, particularly within the oil and gas industry.

This acquisition represents another important milestone in KubeNet’s strategic growth journey, following our recent £2.25 million investment from Maven Capital Partners. It reinforces our position as a leading technology partner to businesses across the UK and aligns with our commitment to delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality IT solutions.
Expanding Our Reach and Capabilities
ISN Solutions has earned a strong reputation for delivering proactive IT support to mid-sized corporate clients, with significant sector expertise in energy. Their presence in the North East of Scotland strengthens our geographic footprint, giving us greater proximity to key markets and customers.
As KubeNet acquires ISN, this deal directly supports our growth strategy and will enhance our ability to deliver:
Scalable Connectivity via our Layer 2 Network and IoT SIM solutions
Cloud Infrastructure and Integrated Cybersecurity Solutions
Unified Communications and Voice Services
Fraser Ferguson, Director at KubeNet, commented: “The acquisition of ISN is a natural fit for KubeNet, bringing together two businesses with a shared customer focus. Bringing ISN into the group boosts our capabilities and helps us support more businesses with the kind of reliable, high-quality service we’re known for.”
Scott Davidson, Managing Director at ISN, added: " KubeNet’s culture and values reflects our own and our combined ambition is to expand our position in the market and become the ‘go to’ cloud and managed service provider in the north-east of Scotland and beyond.”
Working Together
ISN will continue operating under its existing name during an initial transition period to ensure continuity for clients, suppliers, and employees. Over time, the business will be fully integrated into the KubeNet brand, with a phased approach designed to minimise disruption and maintain service excellence.
Our combined team will now be better positioned to support more businesses across the UK with end-to-end IT and infrastructure services that are aligned to sector-specific needs.
Building on Momentum
This acquisition follows the recent investment from Maven Capital Partners, which was secured to support both organic and inorganic growth. With a strong pipeline of future opportunities, we remain focused on scaling responsibly, delivering added value to our customers, and driving long-term operational excellence.
What’s Next
This is a key step in our journey, but not the last. We remain committed to expanding our offering, strengthening our team, and providing the resilient technology solutions our customers rely on.
